« One team, one dream » is the Ice United skaters slogan. The team skates since 2011 in the city of Den Bosch, also known as ’s-Hertogenbosch, in the Netherlands. In this Christmas period, let’s discover this motivated Dutch team.

The team started as a Mixed Age formation. Then, the team skated in the Senior Non-ISU category during two seasons - 2012 and 2013 -, and from last year the team Ice United is registered in the ISU Senior field and become 2015 Dutch national Champions. An incredible rise in few years for these motivated skaters.

Team Ice United consists of 19 skaters. The coach is Daniëlle Spijkers who also is a National SYS technical specialist. Good point for the programs! This season the short program is a music medley of the Piano Guys. For the free program, the team offers a journey through the beautiful ancient Egypt.

Competitions 2015-2016: « For this season, we’ve two selection competitions in The Netherlands and the Nationals. Besides, we will compete for the first time this year at two ISU competitions. »

The team already participated to several international competitions last season, like Trophée des Hauts de France in France, the WinterCup and Kempen Trophy in Belgium, or for example, the Swiss Cup.
