Several films or music styles have been preferred by the teams this season in their programs.

Today, Jura Synchro proposes you to open the "Synchro Charts" with the five music that marked last season in synchronized skating. So, do you have an idea?

Let's create the show!
Not surprisingly, the musical film "The Greatest Showman" certainly marked last season in synchronized skating. Chosen by many teams for their program, the famous titles composed by John Debney such as "This Is Me", "A Million Dreams" or "The Greatest Show" resonated with power in the ice rinks around the world. This music theme has been chosen by Novice teams like Team Harmony from Sweden, as well as by Senior athletes like the Haydenettes (USA).

Jazz and poetry...
The romantic comedy "La La Land", one of the top ten films of 2016, has also touched the hearts the last seasons during synchronized skating competitions. The melody and the jazzy atmosphere appealed to many synchro coaches and choreographers. Les Suprêmes Seniors from Canada or the Team Fintastic (FIN) have interpreted this musical theme particularly well.

Strength and power
You've probably heard many times this season the powerful musical theme of the 2018 "Tomb Raider" movie. The main song "Survivor" was chosen by many synchro teams last winter, such as the Swiss Team Starlight Senior.

The Lion King
While a new film is about to come, some synchronized skating teams have chosen the "Lion King" theme for their programs. This was the case of Team Icicles of Great Britain and Pirouettes Novices (CAN).

Japanese colors
Finally, the rhythm of Japanese drums inspired more than one synchro team last season. For example, Jingu Ice Messengers from Japan skated on "Rising" of Drum Tao and "Sinobi" of Takami Yu. The Junior team Jeanne d'Arc (FRA) also chose these particular percussions last season.
