After much excitement following the second day of competition in Calgary, intermediate and open teams were excited and motivated to take the ice for the final day of competition at the 2020 Skate Canada Synchronized Skating Championships.

The day was off to an early start with the Intermediate final skate.

Golding Ice rose up to win the gold medal with a powerful and entertaining program scoring 72.28 to total 108.40 and become the new Canadian Intermediate champions. This team will host tryouts for a junior team for the 2020-2021 season.

Some critical errors moved defending champions, Nexxice to the silver medal position. They scored 70.65 and totaled 106.87 overall.

Les Éclypses claimed bronze after a clean performance, earning 72.24 and 102.13 overall.
