Musketeers, Junior's winner of the first Finnish qualifications

Finland lived last weekend the first qualifications in Helsinki. By Junior’s category, the gold medal went to Musketeers, silver to Team Fintastic and the bronze has been caught by a team from a small Finnish city.

In Junior´s free program and the whole competition, the winner was Musketeers. They got 89, 95 points for their “Ice Queens” free program, total scores rose up to 143,83. The second team was Team Fintastic. Their theme was “Rush” and they got 86, 85 points for it, total scores were 142,38 points. Both teams skated skillful and precise programs with no errors.

The biggest revelation of these qualifications came from a small town called Kaarina. Dream Edges, who was at the 5th place aftr the short, won the bronze medal in Helsinki. Their free program “Pablo Picasso: Three Musicians” earned 82,76 points. The team, which has been founded only a few years ago in 2013, skated confidently with high speed. They performed vividly and there were very good details in the program. The total scores were 128,69 points.

Finland has now one month to improve all these programs. The next Finnish qualifications will be organized on December 3-4, 2016 in Helsinki.
