Team Surprise: "The decision has grown over the past years"

More than a month after the announcement of the Team Surprise to stop its activities, Jura Synchro offers you a special interview about this decision that caused a thunderclap among synchronized skating fans. A sports development project is in preparation in Sweden. Interview with former team captain and ambassador, Nathalie Lindqvist.


Team Surprise will no longer be competing

"Today we have a big and heavy-hearted announcement to make", wrote this morning Team Surprise on social media. The Silver World Medallist will no longer be competing. A shock to the fans. 

“Synchro”, the Swedish film produced by a former athlete

Elin Bryngelsson Lidestedt is a former skater, now coach in Nacka near Stockholm, and media producer from Sweden. She published last year a long film about synchronized skating that has been broadcasted in her country. This documentary will be available this season also for a few skaters.

Worlds in Stockholm made our hearts beat

The ISU World Synchronized Skating Championships took place in Stockholm, Sweden, last weekend. If everything seemed to be done after the short programs, Saturday's competition brought a lot of surprises. Synchro Worlds 2018: Finland Returns to Podium Top Spot

Finnish Marigold IceUnity defeats reigning two-time champion Russian Team Paradise and secures top spot of the podium on Saturday evening in the Ericsson Globe of Stockholm. The most awaited competition of the season started in Stockholm

The World Synchronized Skating Championships 2018 in Stockholm started with excitement and varying short programs of 25 participating teams from 20 countries. The Ericsson Globe Arena was full of spurring groups in the audience, especially from Finland.

Rebecca and Nadine, those Swiss skaters abroad

They have skated for many years in Switzerland but will represent another nation on the ice at the World Championships in Stockholm this weekend. Zoom in on Rebecca who skates since this season with the Zoulous (FRA) and Nadine who will skate her 2nd Worlds with the Canadian Nexxice team!

Team Amber (LAT): «We feel stronger than ever before»

On the second competition day of World Junior Championship, the 21 teams continued their race with their all-out effort. The first 4 teams from Short Program kept their positions while middle-tier teams’ positions have shifted much.
