The ISU World Synchronized Skating Championships opened this Friday in Colorado Springs (USA) and the 24 participating teams presented their short programs on Friday evening. Team Paradise (RUS) is currently first, Marigold Ice Unity and Rockettes from Finland are respectively ranked second and third.
The 14th Zagreb Snowflakes Trophy has ended in Croatia and 31 teams went home. Everyone skated with heart and soul and around 2500 people came to the ice rink Dom Sportova to support them!

On 22nd and 23rd Croatia had his first unofficial competition – Memorial of Lara Deric. This is 8th figure and synchro skating competition in the row dedicated to a figure skater who died in a car accident eight years ago.
