Team Unity and Iceskateers Elite defend their titles at the Australian Championships

O'Brien Icehouse in Melbourne hosted 647 skaters across 44 different teams from all across Australia and New Zealand for the Australian Figure Skating Championships. Team Unity reclaimed victory in the Senior division for the third year in a row, while Iceskateers Elite and Iceskateers stood on top of the podium for Junior and Advanced Novice for their second consecutive years respectively.

New Zealand National Championships Come to a Close

Six teams across four divisions competed for the National Titles. The competition took place this weekend in Gore, in the South of New Zealand.

Team Australia announced as National Championships wrap up in Sydney

The Australian Figure Skating Championships were held last weekend on December 1st and 2nd at Macquarie Ice Rink in Sydney. 43 teams competed across 7 divisions, making this the largest nationals ever in Australia. 

Team Black Ice becomes known in New Zealand

This weekend Paradice Rink at Botany, Auckland hosted the 2018 New Zealand Ice Figure Skating Championships. The competition is hotly contested between North Island and South Island in synchro as well as within the Paradice Rink. In the Mixed Age division, Black Ice won the competition.
