Team Unique confirms its success by winning the 2nd national qualifications in Finland

By less than a point, Team Unique won the 2nd Finnish national qualifier. It's a precious victory for the rest of the season. In the junior category, Valley Bay Synchro took the gold title.

In the Novice category, the Finettes won easily on Sunday, scoring 81.68. The Helsinki team skated their free program, "The Daughter of the sea," with power. Blue Arrows came 2nd with 75.63 points, ahead of Team Dynamique in 3rd place (72.76). Eight teams competed in this division on Sunday.
In the Junior division, 14 teams competed for medals. Second after the short programs, Valley Bay Synchro won the competition with a great total of 187.27. The team will travel to Brno, Czech Republic this week for the Santa Claus Cup.
Team Fintastic moved up one place to finish the weekend in 2nd place with 184.65. Dream Edges Junior suffered a fall in the last intersection during the free program. Kaarina's team totalled 183.13 points and won the bronze medal.

Thanks to a slightly higher technical score and a perfect performance, Team Unique (226.04) won ahead of the Helsinki Rockettes (225.45). Marigold IceUnity finished these 2nd qualifications in 3rd place (215.23), while Lumineers, who suffered a fall in the synchronized spins, came 4th with 191.78.
