Team Surprise will no longer be competing

"Today we have a big and heavy-hearted announcement to make", wrote this morning Team Surprise on social media. The Silver World Medallist will no longer be competing. A shock to the fans.

Worlds in Stockholm made our hearts beat

The ISU World Synchronized Skating Championships took place in Stockholm, Sweden, last weekend. If everything seemed to be done after the short programs, Saturday's competition brought a lot of surprises. Let’s have a look back on this long awaited competition which will remain one of the most exciting of the season.


Synchro Worlds 2018: Finland Returns to Podium Top Spot

Finnish Marigold IceUnity defeats reigning two-time champion Russian Team Paradise and secures top spot of the podium on Saturday evening in the Ericsson Globe of Stockholm. Swedish Team Surprise returns to podium with a silver medal and Russian Team Paradise gets the bronze medal. Read more to know what has happened in Sweden.

The most awaited competition of the season started in Stockholm

The World Synchronized Skating Championships 2018 in Stockholm started with excitement and varying short programs of 25 participating teams from 20 countries. The Ericsson Globe Arena was full of spurring groups in the audience, especially from Finland.

Rebecca and Nadine, those Swiss skaters abroad

They have skated for many years in Switzerland but will represent another nation on the ice at the World Championships in Stockholm this weekend. Zoom in on Rebecca who skates since this season with the Zoulous (FRA) and Nadine who will skate her 2nd Worlds with the Canadian Nexxice team!

Team Amber (LAT): "We feel stronger than ever before"

Team Amber is the first and only ISU Senior level team in the Baltic region. This Senior team consists of 18 skaters, the coaches of the team are Anda Medne and the previous captain of the team Eva Cekanauska. A few days before the Worlds, interview.
