The best junior teams blew up the scores
Almost 200 points! This is the score obtained by Team Fintastic at the Zagreb Snowflakes Trophy this weekend. The Finnish team won the Junior competition hands down. The Skyliners (USA) took the gold in the Senior division.
The new generation of synchro skaters is born
Last weekend, the second national qualifications were held in Borås, Sweden. This very well arranged competition has been organized by the local club Konståkarna Borås.

Lumière Cup 2019 took place this weekend in Eindhoven (NED). 30 synchro teams competed on Saturday evening with their Free Programs. Cool Dreams won the Advanced Novice division, Musketeers delivered an excellent skate and earned the Junior gold and Marigold IceUnity put out a beautiful program in the Senior category.
Lumière Cup 2019: Finland tops Junior and Senior Short Program
Finnish teams cruised to their first gold medal in European international competition this season. After the Short Program competition, Marigold IceUnity totaled 74.94 points to seal the Senior victory. Musketeers skated into the lead in the Junior event with 69.98 points. Canada, Germany and France are also on the provisional podium.
Season’s first qualification competition for the national Swedish teams
A few days ago, Mölndals KK in cooperation with the Swedish Figure Skating Association hosted the first qualifications for the national teams in Sweden. Junior, Novice and Beginner teams competed.

Team Junost crowned Junior World Champion for the 3rd time in a row
The tension was palpable this Saturday at the Littoral ice rink in Neuchâtel, Switzerland, where the Junior ISU World Synchronized Skating Championships were held. This weekend Swedish nationals took place in Nacka outside of Stockholm. There were four categories in this weekend’s competition, Debutant, Advanced Novice, Junior and Senior. The arena was completely full, and all tickets were sold out weeks before the competition began.

Italy once again charmed several synchronized skating teams who competed last weekend in Milan in Advanced Novice, Junior and Senior. The competition also celebrated the 25th anniversary of its creation.
